Sam explains that his wife was in a terrible accident, and is now in the hospital on life support. He acts distraught, saying that he feels lonely and touch-starved. Dr. Taylor assures Sam that his wife would understand if he sought companionship during this dark time. But to Dr. Taylor&#8217;s surprise, Sam pleads for HER to have sex with him, saying he needs something to keep him going.
